What data gets deleted

- Your account and user profile
- All family members and associated data
- Activities, check-ins, and streaks
- Achievements and prizes
- Sessions and access tokens
- Notification and email preferences

How to request deletion

Send an email to hello@gritsprout.com with the email address associated with your account.

- Send us an email using the button below
- We confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours
- Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days
